
Delivery status
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification by email. With your dispatch notification, you will receive a parcel tracking number, with which you can track the status of your order online. Use the link in your email or go directly to:

Please note that the parcel tracking number is activated approx. 1 working day after leaving the warehouse. If the number does not work straight away, try again a little later.
Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account under “Order History”.
Delivery Methods and Time
We partner with UPS for all deliveries within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Please use the below chart as a guide to estimate the delivery time of your order unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Should you be unavailable to sign for delivery, UPS will leave a delivery notification card at your doorstep and your parcel will be left at a UPS Access Point near you. You can pick up the parcel within the next 10 days or arrange a new delivery date with UPS, before it is returned to us.
